Servis Ihsan Madani @ PETRONAS AutoExpert 2026 is a Government initiative aimed at providing Malaysians with access to exclusive Service Packages. This campaign offers special prices on selected PETRONAS lubricants and services, available only through bookings made via the Setel app.

The promotion runs from: 10 March 2026 to 17 March 2026 and 23 March 2026 to 31 March 2026

The programme is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Malaysian citizens; or
• Permanent/contract employees of PLMMSB, including their immediate family members (father, mother, spouse, and children); and
• Employees of advertising companies and agencies related to PLMMSB, including their immediate family members (father, mother, spouse, and children).

To qualify for the Service Package, participants must:

• Book a car service via the Setel app during the promotion period at any participating certified PETRONAS AutoExpert outlet; and
• Purchase one (1) lubricant service package in a single receipt.

• Any additional bottles required will be charged separately based on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP)..

No. The Fully Synthetic Service Package is only applicable to national cars. Continental and Asian vehicles are not eligible for this package.

Any services or repairs not included in the Service Package under the Servis Ihsan Madani programme will be charged separately, based on the pricing set by the respective PETRONAS AutoExpert service centre.

All service bookings must be made via the Setel app using the Car Service feature at participating certified PETRONAS AutoExpert outlets.

Yes, all PETRONAS AutoExpert outlets participate in this programme. Please refer to the list of participating outlets available in the Setel app.

Yes. Participants may make bookings in advance and complete the service during the promotion period from 10 March 2026 to 17 March 2026 and 23 March 2026 to 31 March 2026.

No. Both the booking and service must be completed within the promotion period to qualify.

You may reschedule your service appointment subject to availability at the respective PETRONAS AutoExpert service centre. However, the service must still be completed within the designated promotion period.

If you qualify for the Servis Ihsan Madani campaign, complete your service at a participating PETRONAS AutoExpert outlet, and pay using Setel Wallet, you will receive:

• 1x Mesra Rewards point for every RM5 spent on car service payments via Setel Wallet.
• Collected Mesra Rewards points will expire after three (3) years and can be redeemed via Setel Wallet while the account remains active.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, offers, loyalty programmes, e‑vouchers, and/or discounts by participating merchants.
