PETRONAS Lubricants Promotion

This campaign rewards customers who purchase eligible PETRONAS Lubricants using the Setel app at participating PETRONAS stations nationwide. Eligible customers can receive an instant cashback credited to their Setel e-wallet.

The campaign starts on 1 August 2026 and will continue until further notice.

The campaign is open to customers who:

• Have a valid Setel account; and
• Purchase eligible PETRONAS Lubricants using the Setel app at participating PETRONAS stations nationwide.

The campaign is available exclusively at PETRONAS Stations nationwide.

Yes. A valid Setel account is required to participate and receive cashback rewards.

Register for a valid Setel account before making your purchase.

No. To qualify for the cashback reward, the purchase must be paid for using the Setel app.

The following PETRONAS Lubricants are eligible:

• PETRONAS Syntium
• PETRONAS Sprinta

Only eligible PETRONAS Syntium and PETRONAS Sprinta lubricant products are covered under this campaign.

Participants may receive:

• Up to RM20 cashback for each qualifying PETRONAS Syntium purchase.
• Up to RM5 cashback for each qualifying PETRONAS Sprinta purchase.

No. There is no limit to the number of cashback rewards a participant may receive during the campaign period, provided all qualifying conditions are met.

No. The cashback will be credited automatically to your Setel e-wallet upon successful completion of a qualifying purchase.

The cashback will be credited immediately to your Setel e-wallet after a successful qualifying transaction.

Yes. The eligible PETRONAS Lubricant must be purchased at the recommended retail price (RRP) to qualify for the cashback reward.

No. To receive cashback for each bottle purchased, each bottle must be purchased in a separate transaction and reflected on a single receipt.

You may purchase multiple bottles in one transaction; however, the cashback entitlement will follow the campaign terms. To ensure eligibility for cashback on each bottle, each bottle should be purchased in a separate transaction with its own receipt.

Yes. Multiple qualifying purchases are allowed, and each qualifying transaction may receive cashback, subject to the campaign terms. However, each bottle must be purchased in a separate transaction and reflected on a single receipt.

The cashback will be credited directly into your Setel e-wallet linked to your Setel account.

1. Verify that you paid using the Setel app.
2. Ensure you purchased an eligible PETRONAS Syntium or PETRONAS Sprinta product at the recommended retail price.
3. Check that your Setel account is active and valid.
4. Contact Setel Customer Support if the issue persists.

Yes. The campaign is valid from 1 August 2026 until further notice, and PETRONAS Lubricants Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PLMMSB) reserves the right to update, amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign in accordance with the campaign terms and conditions.
