The Campaign runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, inclusive of both dates.

The Campaign is open to customers who fulfil all the following requirements:

• Hold Malaysian citizenship;
• Are aged eighteen (18) years and above;
• Are registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Rewards Loyalty Programme members; and
• Make qualifying non-fuel purchases at Kedai Mesra in accordance with the Campaign mechanics.

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Permanent or contract employees of the PETRONAS Group of Companies, including the Organiser, and their immediate family members;
• PETRONAS station dealers, PETRONAS station staff / crew members and their immediate family members;
• Employees, whether permanent or contractual, of third-party service providers of the Organiser and their immediate family members;
• Physical PETRONAS Mesra Card holders; and
• PETRONAS SmartPay customers.

Participants will earn one (1) Campaign entry for each qualifying transaction with a minimum spend of RM15 and above at Kedai Mesra using one (1) of the following payment methods:

• Setel App;
• Cardless Mesra Rewards (keying in mobile number on cashier display screen);
• VISA debit or credit card with Cardless Mesra Rewards; or
• VISA debit or credit card through Setel CardTerus.

Regardless of the total transaction value, each qualifying transaction will earn only one (1) Campaign entry. A qualifying transaction may be counted under only one (1) payment method and will not generate duplicate entries.

No. Spending from separate transactions cannot be combined. Each Campaign entry must be earned from a single qualifying transaction.

You will earn one (1) Campaign entry for each qualifying transaction with a minimum spend of RM15 and above. Regardless of the total transaction value, each qualifying transaction will earn only one (1) Campaign entry.

Examples:

• RM15 in one qualifying transaction = 1 entry
• RM30 in one qualifying transaction = 1 entry
• RM100 in one qualifying transaction = 1 entry

Separate qualifying transactions will earn separate entries, provided each transaction independently meets the minimum spend of RM15.

Purchases of the following items are excluded and will not qualify for Campaign entries:

• Cigarettes;
• Prepaid top-ups;
• Touch ’n Go products or reloads;
• e-Pay products; and
• Café Mesra products.

Special VISA Prize

• AEON / Servay / Emart Shopping Spree Vouchers worth RM3,000

The Campaign will have:

• Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners;
• Two (2) First Prize Winners;
• Ninety-two (92) Consolation Prize Winners; and
• Thirty (30) Special Visa Prize Winners.

Each Consolation Prize Winner will receive one (1) consolation prize type out of the six listed consolation prize types. The allocation, denomination and quantity of each consolation prize type will be determined by the Organisers and notified to the relevant Consolation Prize Winner.

Spend at least RM15 in a single qualifying transaction at Kedai Mesra using a VISA debit or credit card and enter your registered mobile number on the Cashier Display Screen. Eligible transactions made using a VISA debit or credit card through Setel CardTerus also qualify, subject to the Campaign mechanics.

Yes. Your PETRONAS Mesra Rewards membership must be registered in your own name using a valid National Registration Identity Card number. Your registered mobile number must be captured through the applicable Campaign payment method for the transaction to be recorded.

Only the registered primary account holder of the Setel Family Wallet is eligible to participate and receive a prize. Family members or other individuals linked to the Setel Family Wallet are not eligible.

No. Each Participant may win only one (1) prize throughout the Campaign. A Participant selected for the Grand Prize, First Prize, Consolation Prize or Special Visa Prize will not be eligible to win another prize category, and vice versa.

The Organiser will contact shortlisted or selected Winners using the telephone number, email address and/or mobile number registered under their PETRONAS Mesra Rewards membership. Winners may also be announced on the Organiser’s website or through other official channels determined by the Organiser.

For prize categories requiring telephone verification, the Organiser may make up to three (3) additional attempts within a four (4) hour period after the initial attempt. Should all attempts fail, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the said Winner without any replacement or select an alternate Winner.

Winners must complete the required verification and declaration form within the stipulated timeframe. Winners may also be required to provide supporting documents and attend a prize-giving ceremony. Failure to complete the required steps may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner without any replacement or selection of an alternate winner.

The First Prize Winner must:

• Possess a valid Malaysian motorcycle driving licence of at least Class B2;
• Provide a valid National Registration Identity Card and any other required documents;
• Complete the relevant verification, vehicle registration and prize handover requirements; and
• Comply with the requirements imposed by the Organiser, Blueshark Malaysia and the relevant authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organiser, the prize excludes insurance, road tax, vehicle registration fees, number plate installation fees, transportation or delivery charges and other incidental costs. Any applicable subscription, connectivity, charging, maintenance, servicing or recurring operating costs after handover will also be borne by the Winner.

No. The Blueshark SoloEra Solo 1C Electric Motorcycle prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item, and non-returnable.

Subject to successful verification and receipt of the completed declaration form, the RM10,000 Grand Prize will be transferred directly to the Winner’s bank account within ninety (90) working days from the date of the Winners’ announcement.

PETRONAS Sprinta, PETRONAS Syntium and PETRONAS AutoExpert vouchers will be shipped to the address stated in the Winner’s declaration form. Setel e-vouchers, PETRONAS Shop e-vouchers and Mesra Rewards points will be fulfilled through redemption code(s) and instructions sent to the Winner’s registered email address or mobile number through the official channels stated by the Organiser.

If permitted by the Organiser, a Winner who cannot attend may nominate a representative by notifying the Organiser within the stipulated timeframe and submitting an authorisation letter together with a copy of the Winner’s National Registration Identity Card. The appointment is subject to the Organiser’s acceptance.
