2,000 Mesra Rewards points for one Spectator Pass, which admits you plus one guest — you do not redeem twice to bring someone. The pass covers entry for the full day on 12 October: the trick shot challenge, the rally against George Russell, the Q&A, the photo session, and every activation booth on the floor. Merchandise and food are bought separately on the day.

Redemption opens 31 August 2026. Open Setel, go to Mesra Rewards, then Rewards, and look for the From Track to You listing. Passes are limited and released first come, first served — once they are claimed, no more are added. Your pass appears immediately under your Setel vouchers after redeeming.

Almost certainly, if you start now. The campaign opens 1 August and redemption is not until the 31st — that gap is deliberate, because members told us previous campaigns did not give them enough time. A month of ordinary fuel, Kedai Mesra and Café Mesra spending gets most members there. Paying through Setel means the points post automatically instead of depending on you remembering your card.

One pass covers you and one guest. If you want to bring a third person, they need their own Mesra Rewards account and their own 2,000-point redemption — subject to passes still being available at the time.

No points required — entering is free. Post a video of your pickleball skills to Instagram from a public account, say why Mesra Rewards should pick you, tag @mymesra and use #FromTrackToYou. Two members are selected. Because entering costs nothing, there is no reason not to also hold a Spectator Pass as your backup — the two are completely separate.

It helps, but it is not the whole story. The selection weighs your reason for wanting it as much as your paddle work — this is a rally with a Formula One™ driver in front of a crowd, not a ranked tournament. Make the case, not just the highlight reel.

Redeemed points are not returned, and passes cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash or other rewards. Redeem when you are confident about the date. If the event itself is cancelled or rescheduled by us, we will contact every pass holder directly with your options.

An indoor pickleball arena in the Klang Valley, confirmed closer to the date. Every pass holder is notified in Setel and by email with the full address and arrival details well before 12 October — you will not be left guessing the week of.

Neither is open to the public. The school visit is a closed session with Yayasan PETRONAS and Petrosains at a local school, and Kimi's cooking shoot on 13 October is a closed film set at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Both are filmed and released on our channels afterwards — the pickleball day on 12 October is the one you can be in the room for.

Player Rally winners are contacted from our verified @mymesra Instagram account before event day. We will never ask you for a payment, a processing fee, your Setel password, or a one-time passcode — not to claim a prize, not to confirm a pass, not for any reason. Anyone who does is not us.
