25 March 2026 – PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) wishes to inform customers that several PETRONAS retail stations located in Kelantan near the national border are currently experiencing temporary constraints in the supply of subsidised fuel. This situation is due to unusually high demand as well as the possible involvement of irresponsible parties in smuggling activities.
As a regulated fuel supplier, PDB operates in full compliance with the guidelines and quotas stipulated by the Ministry of Domestic Trade (KPDN).
In view of these supply constraints, customers travelling to the affected areas are advised to plan their journeys in advance and to consider alternative refuelling options at nearby PETRONAS stations, as listed on https://www.mymesra.com.my.
PDB continues to monitor the supply situation closely to ensure that the needs of domestic consumers remain met, including throughout the festive period.
