Setel x Mesra Rewards Campaign is a promotion whereby customers will be rewarded with instant gratification upon fulfilling the campaign terms and conditions.
The voucher will be automatically appeared on your Setel wallet upon successful transaction via Setel app at participating merchants’ outlet.
Vouchers is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, loyalty programs, vouchers and/or discounts unless stated herein.
The voucher is customized to a specific offer from the merchants.
The voucher is not transferrable to another Setel account holder.
To participate and to receive the e-voucher, payment need to be made via Setel app.
The e-vouchers can be redeemed at any participating merchants in Malaysia as per below list:
You can find the issued voucher under the ‘Active Voucher’ inside the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the Setel apps.
The voucher must be presented during the purchase and must be utilized within the validity period and is not valid for the use after the expiry date.
Voucher is valid for one redemption per outlet per month for each eligible customer.
The voucher for each merchant is on a first come first served basis. The voucher availability will be renewed every month within the promotional campaign date.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other vouchers under any circumstances and will not be replaced or refunded once expired.
Vouchers should not be sold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.
Screenshot or printed copy of vouchers will not be accepted.

You will not receive any voucher after the successful transaction with Setel app if the allocation of the voucher on monthly basis is fully issued, OR you are experiencing the technical error. Kindly ensure your Setel apps is updated to the latest version.
