  • Who can participate in the campaign?

    This campaign is open to all customers who fulfill the requirements below:

    1. Registered and active PETRONAS Mesra loyalty programme member, excluding users of physical Mesra Cards;
    2. Customers holding Malaysian citizenship; and
    3. Customers aged eighteen (18) and above.

  • Can PETRONAS staff or participating partners and their immediate family members take part in this campaign?

    No, permanent or contract employees of PETRONAS Group of Companies, its subsidiaries, agency, organization and participating partners involved in organizing this Campaign, PETRONAS Station Dealers, PETRONAS crews are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The immediate family members of the parties mentioned above are not eligible to participate in the Campaign as well.
  • What are the prizes for this campaign?

    The monthly prizes are as follows:
     
    Sub-campaign 1

    1. Monthly Grand prize
      Wishlist of Value up to RM15,000^ x 30 (10 winners per month)
    2. Monthly Consolation Prizes
      1. RM300 Setel Voucher x 300 (100 winners per month)

    *Note: In the event that the wishlist’s value exceeds the stated limit (RM15,000 for Sub-campaign 1, and RM10,000 for sub-campaign 3), or the fulfilment process is complex, challenging or beyond the capabilities of the Organiser, the Organiser has the absolute discretion to substitute the prize with a cash prize of RM10,000 or RM15,000 instead. The Organiser’s decision in this respect shall be final and binding.
  • What is the spend duration for me to be eligible for the grand prizes?

    For the Grand Prize Category, Mesra Rewards members need to cumulatively spend RM200 and above each month.

    It's important to note that each customer is required to enter their mobile number upon completing the transaction or make the payment using the Setel app to qualify for collecting the campaign entry(or entries).
  • What is the campaign period?
    1 July 2024 until 30 September 2024 (3 months)
  • What is the spending period for each month for me to be eligible for the monthly prizes?

    The Spending Period for Participants to qualify for the monthly prizes during the Campaign Period, is as below:

    Month 1: 1 to 31 July 2024
    Month 2: 1 to 31 August 2024
    Month 3: 1 to 30 September 2024
  • How do I participate in the campaign? 

    There are three (3) sub-campaign mechanics in this Campaign as follows:
    1. Sub-campaign 1: Fuel or spend with PETRONAS.
    2. Sub-campaign 2: Buy PETRONAS Lubricants products.
    3. Sub-campaign 3: Share “My Dream Story”

  • How do I participate in the Sub-campaign 1? 

    a ) To participate in Sub-campaign 1, Participants will qualify for entries for the Campaign based on the following:

    • Minimum spend of RM40 per transaction at any PETRONAS stations on any of the following products to get one (1) entry:
      1. PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race;
      2. PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive;
    OR
    • Minimum spend of RM10 per transaction at any PETRONAS Mesra stores including PETRONAS Lubricants products in any PETRONAS stations to get one (1) entry except for cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, e-Pay and Café Mesra product purchase.

    OR

    • Minimum spend of RM10 on Setel app (any transactions on Setel app or paying via Setel app) in a single transaction to get one (1) entry across all Setel app's features as listed below excluding the purchase of fuel:
      1. Café Mesra;
      2. Retail & online payments, e.g.: PETRONAS Shop, Setel QR Pay at counter, Deliver2Me (except for DuitNow transactions, cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, and ePay),
      3. Motor & Takaful Insurance;
      4. Road tax renewal;
      5. EV charging;
      6. Auto assistance;
      7. Parking; and
      8. PETRONAS AutoExpert service centre

    b) All valid transactions require Mesra Rewards Members to key-in their mobile number or use the Setel app with the PETRONAS Mesra Rewards membership activated to qualify for the Campaign entry (or entries).

    c) Any transaction or payment made by swiping the physical Mesra Card will NOT QUALIFY to participate in the campaign.

  • How do I win the Grand Prize?

    1. For the Grand Prize, participants are required to spend an accumulative of RM200 and above per month to qualify for this prize category.
    2. Qualified Participants for Grand Prize Winners by Month will be contacted by the Organiser to submit their Dream Story on the www.mymesra.com.my/for-consumer/promotions/bonanza50 website.
    3. To submit a Dream Story, participants are to follow the instructions and provide the necessary information requested, as follows:
      1. Full Name per NRIC
      2. Mobile number
      3. Email address
      4. Mesra Rewards membership
    4. Winners of this sub-campaign will be selected based on the on the Organizer’s judging criteria of the Participants’ wishlists submitted and shall be achievable and appropriate (non-political, non-violent, non-sexual etc.)
  • How do I participate in the Sub-campaign 2? 

    To participate in the Sub-campaign 2, participants will qualify for entries for the Campaign based on the following:
    1. Purchase minimum of RM10 of PETRONAS SPRINTA or PETRONAS Syntium as per below list in one receipt at any of the workshops registered with PETRONAS Lubricants Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd (320067-W), online via Shopee, or online via PETRONAS Shop etc.), to get one (1) entry.

    2. Participants are required to scan the QR code from the point of sales materials (POSM) such as poster, tent card, wobbler, and banner provided to the participating service centres or outlets, or product description for online purchases.
    3. Upon the submission, participants are to follow the instructions and provide necessary information requested, as follows:
      • Full Name per NRIC
      • Mobile number
      • Email address
      • Upload photo of receipt as proof of purchase
      • Select the location of purchase (e.g. service centre/outlet/workshop name, online via Shopee, or online via PETRONAS Shop etc.)
    4. Participants must follow the campaign Eligibility required per clause 2 of these terms and conditions.
    5. Participants are allowed multiple entries with multiple receipts as proof of purchase, provided that each receipt is eligible for only one entry.
    6. Participants must keep the original receipt that was submitted.


  • How do I participate in the Sub-campaign 3?

    To participate in Sub-campaign 3,

    1. Participants are to visit https://www.mymesra.com.my/for-consumer/promotions/bonanza50 website.
    2. To submit a Dream Story, participants are to follow the instructions and provide the necessary information requested, as follows:
      1. Full Name per NRIC
      2. Mobile number
      3. Email address
      4. Mesra Rewards membership
    3. Only one (1) submission is allowed per Mesra Rewards member.
    4. Participants for this sub-campaign 3 shall follow PETRONAS Brands social media accounts named below:
      1. Instagram account: www.instagram.com/petronasbrands
      2. Facebook account: www.facebook.com/PETRONASBrands
    5. Winners of this sub-campaign will be selected based on the on the Organizer’s judging criteria of the My Dream Story submitted, as follows:
      1. Authenticity and creativity
      2. Appropriate content (non-political, non-violent, non-sexual etc.)
      3. Achievable dream
    6. At the end of the Campaign Period, three (3) winners will be selected by PDB Marketing Strategy & Communications (MARCOM) team, based on the wishlist criteria set by the Organizer.

  • Do I need to register after using PETRONAS' new 'mobile number' feature to qualify for participation in this campaign? 

    YES, customers are required to register their used mobile numbers to qualify for entry into the campaign.

    Customers can register their mobile numbers at www.setel.com.
  • Can I still be eligible for the contest if I purchase LPG Gas or Lubricant at PETRONAS station?

    YES, customer can still be eligible to participate the contest for purchase of LPG Gas or Lubricant at PETRONAS station only.

    To qualify, the customer is required to key-in their mobile number upon completing the transaction OR make the payment using the Setel app.
  • Can I still be eligible for the contest when I service my car at PETRONAS AutoExpert service center?

    YES, customers can still be eligible to participate when servicing their cars at PETRONAS AutoExpert if they make the payment using the Setel app ONLY.
  • How will winners be selected for the prizes?

    For Wishlist (Monthly Grand Prize of Sub-campaign 1 and Monthly winner for Sub-campaign 3):
    At the end of each Spending Period, winners will be selected by PDB Marketing Strategy and Communications (MARCOM) Team based on the wishlist criteria set by the Organizer.

    For Monthly Consolation Prizes (Sub-campaign 1) and Sub-campaign 2: Winners will be selected by the Organiser via a computerized selection system, witnessed by the appointed authorized internal auditor. "
  • How will I be informed that I am the winner for this campaign? 

    Shortlisted winners will receive a call from PETRONAS Mesralink to verify their details and to answer simple questions before declaring them as winners.

    Eligible winners will also receive an official email from PETRONAS to notify them about winning and how to claim the prize from PETRONAS after announcement made on @PETRONASbrands social media channels and PDB’s website: mymesra.com.my
  • Can Smartpay customers take part in this campaign?

    NO, as stated in terms and conditions of this campaign.
  • If I am chosen as a monthly prize winner, can I also qualify to be a grand prize winner?

    NO, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.

  • Can I combine my fuel purchase with PETRONAS Kedai Mesra items in a single receipt?

    YES, you can combine your fuel and PETRONAS Kedai Mesra purchases in a single receipt.

    However, all the transactions will be counted to qualify for the Monthly Grand prize winner with a minimum spend of RM200 and above throughout the campaign period.
