What is this campaign about?
To encourage electric motorcycle adoption, SoloEra, a new sub-brand by Blueshark, is offering the Solo 1C electric motorcycle for only RM599 (RRP: RM4,999) exclusively for Mesra Rewards and Setel customers. This special offer is made possible after applying the RM2,400 MARiiCas
2WEV rebate, and is available for a limited time only from July 15 2025 to September 16 2025 or while stocks last.
Who is eligible for this RM599 offer?
To be eligible, you must:
Be a Mesra Rewards or Setel customer
Apply and be approved for the MARiiCas 2WEV rebate
Have at least a valid B2 motorcycle license
Pass a background check conducted by Blueshark
Be a Malaysian citizen aged 18+

Does RM599 include everything?
No, the RM599 amount covers the vehicle only. Additional one-time and monthly charges apply including battery rental at RM59/month and a connectivity pack at RM10/month for 60 months (please refer to the price chart). Shipping and logistics costs are not included and additional shipping costs apply for East Malaysia.
Can I get more than one bike under this promo?
No. Each eligible customer is limited to one (1) voucher/redemption only.
Where can I collect my bike?
Blueshark will appoint the nearest dealer based on your home address. Order fulfilment will not exceed 6 months. However, early bird customers may receive their bikes earlier. Once the bike is ready, the appointed dealer will contact you for collection arrangements.
Can I combine this promo with other offers or discounts?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or offers (except the MARiiCas rebate).
Can I return or transfer the RM599 bike or voucher?
No. The offer is strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Customers will only have the option to cancel their booking for a full refund if order fulfilment exceeds six months from the date of booking confirmation.

What is the MARiiCas 2WEV rebate?
The MARiiCas 2WEV rebate is a government initiative that provides up to RM2,400 rebate for the purchase of electric motorcycles. To qualify, you must:
Be a Malaysian aged 18+
Have a yearly income of RM120,000 or below
Hold a valid motorcycle license (B, B1, or B2)
Not have claimed the rebate before (one claim per MyKad holder)
Match the name on the vehicle registration (JPJ Geran)
Provide necessary documentation if you're a senior citizen, student, or self-employed

Can I apply without the MARiiCas rebate?
Yes! Without the MARiiCas rebate, the vehicle price will be RM2,999, in addition to a 5-year battery rental contract.
Can I purchase the Solo 1C at the promotional price if I am not a Setel/Mesra Rewards member?
To enjoy this promotion, you MUST be a Setel/Mesra Rewards member. After the pre-launch promotion period, the Solo 1C will be available to the general public, still at a heavily subsidised price (post-MARiiCas rebate), while stocks last.
Why can I only receive my Solo 1C between one to six months?
While every effort will be made to fulfil orders as soon as possible, operations at our production line in Glenmarie have just commenced and will be running at full capacity to meet demand nationwide. However, it is likely that you will receive your Solo 1C sooner than anticipated.
