What type of Gas PETRONAS can I purchase at PETRONAS stations?
There are two (2) types:
LPG 14kg cylinder
LPG 12kg cylinder
What is the price of Gas PETRONAS at GasPETRONAS@Station?
Currently the price is on a fixed rate basis.
LPG 14kg cylinder - RM26.60
LPG 12kg cylinder - RM22.80
New cylinder deposit - RM80.00 (Peninsular Malaysia), RM90.00 (Sabah and Sarawak)
Note: The cylinder deposit is chargeable when you purchase Gas PETRONAS without returning an empty cooking gas cylinder.
How many Mesra points can I get from purchasing Gas PETRONAS at PETRONAS stations?
27 Mesra points for 14kg Gas PETRONAS cylinder.
23 Mesra points for 12kg Gas PETRONAS cylinder.

Note: No Mesra points will be given for a purchase of new cylinder deposit.
Can I purchase Gas PETRONAS via SETEL e-wallet at PETRONAS stations?
Yes, you can purchase Gas PETRONAS via Setel E-wallet.
What should I do if Gas PETRONAS is out of stock at PETRONAS stations?
You may request assistance from our PETRONAS station Business Partner or PETRONAS Crew at that station.

What should I do if I am unable to transfer the cylinder into the vehicle?
You may request assistance from our PETRONAS Station Rakan Niaga or PETRONAS Crew at the station.
Can I change cooking gas of other brands when buying Gas PETRONAS at PETRONAS stations?
Yes, you just need to bring any brand of cooking gas and the station will replace it with a Gas PETRONAS cooking gas.
Can I purchase Gas PETRONAS using Mesra points?
Yes, you can redeem Gas PETRONAS with Mesra points. However, you will not receive any points if you purchase your Gas PETRONAS using Mesra points.
