20 October 2017, Kuala Lumpur - Customers can now enjoy a wider selection of breakfast combos through Mornings@Mesra, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB)'s breakfast options which are offered at over 450 participating PETRONAS stations. Mornings@Mesra is aimed at providing quick and affordable breakfast options to morning commuters including office workers or students who are always on the go.
Priced affordably at RM5, the latest addition includes Milo as well as other favourite local delicacies such as Nasi Kerabu, Mee Goreng and Mihun Goreng on top of the staple Nescafe drink and Nasi Lemak.

All Mornings@Mesra items are supplied by trusted vendors whom PDB has conscientiously selected to ensure that its customers enjoy quality breakfast to start off their day. Through this effort, PDB is also directly assisting local SMEs and vendors to expand their business to over 450 PETRONAS stations nationwide and improve their source of income.

Speaking about the initiative, PDB's Head of Retail Business Aadrin Azly said, "We are constantly on the lookout for exciting ways to increase customers' retail experience at our stations. The latest addition to the menu takes into account our customers' favourite local dishes across different regions and hence the Mornings@Mesra breakfast combo packs have been customised to suit local tastebuds."

"We are greatly encouraged by the positive feedback received for our Mornings@Mesra and we endeavor to make this initiative a staple part of making our customers' mornings better," he added.

The improved offerings follows the overwhelming response from customers since the launch of the Mornings@Mesra breakfast combo earlier this year.

As part of the promotion, PDB has tied up with Lazada and Digi to extend greater value-add for its customers. Between now and 15 November 2017, customers who purchase five of PETRONAS' Mornings@Mesra Breakfast combo will also receive a 10% Lazada discount voucher worth up to RM15.

In addition, for a month beginning 15 November 2017, Digi customers will be entitled to purchase the breakfast combo pack at RM0.99 by downloading the Superdeal from MyDigi app and present it at the participating Kedai Mesra. This is limited to one voucher per user.

To ensure the initiative reaches a wider audience, PDB will also be rolling out complimentary breakfast giveaways at selected regions outside the Klang Valley, which started off with Raub on 9 October 2017. Look out for the next breakfast giveaway at Bintulu on 27 October 2017.
