Steps to participate in PETRONAS Syntium Hari Raya 2022 are as follows:

Purchase any PETRONAS Syntium Fully Synthetic or Semi Synthetic 3L/ 4L in one (1) purchase receipt.
Scan the QR Code on the announcement materials (Poster & Wobbler) or visit here.
Fill in your personal details in the e-form provided and upload the purchased receipt as proof of purchase.
Receive the special code via SMS within 5 working days.
Redeem Setel credit via Top-up voucher using the special pin received.
Can I get the Setel credit without purchasing PETRONAS Syntium lubricants?
You are required to purchase PETRONAS Syntium lubricants Fully Synthetic or Semi Synthetic because one of the conditions to earn the Setel credit is to upload your receipt as proof of purchase.
What should I do if I am unable to submit my entries on the Syntium microsite?
If you are experiencing problems with the web entries, please e-mail [email protected] and wait for the next instructions.
Can I submit more than 1 purchase entry?
Each participant is only eligible to submit maximum two (2) entries; 2 entries per phone number for each allocation throughout the campaign period.
How do I know if I have received the special pin?
The special pin will be sent via SMS (via number submitted in the microsite).
The special pin will be sent within 5 working days.
How can I get my Setel credit from this special pin?
Once received the special pin via SMS, copy the pin number and open Setel app.
Click on “Pay” tab and and click on “Top-up”.
Click “Redeem voucher”.
Enter voucher code (The special pin given in SMS).
