    • What is the Campaign period?
      15 August until 15 October 2020 (9 weeks)
    • Who can participate in the Campaign?
      This Campaign is open to all physical and/or digital Mesra Members who are Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above and abide to the terms and conditions with a registered Mesra Card (https://www.mymesra.com.my/about-us/policies-notice/terms-conditions)
    • How do I participate in the Campaign?
      1. Registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Card members via physical Mesra Card or Setel app can take part in this Campaign. Participants are required to fulfil the following during purchases:
        1. Using Physical Mesra Card only
          1. Participant must swipe their Mesra Card successfully when making payment using Cash, Credit card, Debit card or PETRONAS Gift Card(s) (except SmartPay card) to participate in the Campaign.
        2. Using Setel app
          1. PETRONAS station with Setel - Participant must successfully link their Mesra Card number with Setel and make payment using Setel to participate in the Campaign.
          2. PETRONAS station with Setel – For Kedai Mesra purchases, participant must successfully link their Mesra Card number with Setel and submit receipt within 7 days from date of transaction on Setel to participate in the Campaign.
          3. PETRONAS stations without Setel – Participant must successfully link their Mesra Card number with Setel and swipe their Mesra Card successfully when making payment using Cash, Credit card, Debit card or PETRONAS Gift Card(s) (except SmartPay card) to participate in the Campaign.
          4. PETRONAS stations without Setel - Participant must successfully link their Mesra Card number with Setel and should only submit receipt via the Setel app IF they did not swipe their Mesra Card during payment.

      2. To win the: Weekly First Prize (RM3,000 cash x 10 winners x 9 weeks)
        Spend a minimum of RM30 in single receipt (including in Kedai Mesra except for cigarette / top-up / SmartPay payment).
        Pay or use Setel (as listed in A1.2) = 5x entries
        Pay and swipe Mesra Card*= 1x entry

        Example:
        1. Pay RM30 with Setel = 5x entries
        2. Pay RM100 with Setel = 15x entries

      3. To win the Weekly Second Prize (RM50 Setel credit x 100 winners x 9 weeks)
        Spend a minimum of RM30 in single receipt transaction (including in Kedai Mesra except for cigarette / top-up / SmartPay payment).
        Pay or use Setel (as listed in A1.2) = 5x entries
        Pay and swipe Mesra Card*= 1x entry

        Example:
        1. Pay RM30 with Setel = 5x entries
        2. Pay RM100 with Setel = 15x entries
        3. Pay RM30 and swipe Mesra Card = 1x entry

      4. To win the: Grand Prize (RM50,000 cash x 2 winners)
        All entries throughout the Campaign period will automatically qualify for the Grand Prize draw based on their entries during the Campaign period.

        Note: The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at the end of the Campaign.

    • What is the spend duration for grand prize?
      Winner selection for grand prize (RM50,000 x 2 winners) will be drawn at the end of the Campaign period. All entries recorded between 15th August until 15th October will be automatically enrolled into the Grand Prize draw.
    • What is the spend duration for each week for me to be eligible for the weekly prizes?
      Winner selection will be done weekly to select the first prize and second prize winners based on the periods below:

      Shortlisted winners will receive a call from PETRONAS Mesralink to verify their details and answer simple question before declaring them as winners.

      Eligible winners will also receive an official email from PETRONAS to notify about winning and how to claim the prize from PETRONAS after the announcement on @PETRONASbrands social media channels and PDB’s website:mymesra.com.my

    • Can PETRONAS & Setel staff take part in this Campaign?

      No, all PETRONAS Group of companies, its subsidiaries, and agency/organization who are involved in organizing this Campaign will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

    • Can Customers who make payment with debit card, credit card and/or PETRONAS Gift card take part in this Campaign?

      Yes, customer who make payment with debit card, credit card, or PETRONAS gift card is eligible to take part in this Campaign. However, entries will be given differently based on below:

    • Can SmartPay customers take part in this Campaign?

      No, as stated in the terms and conditions of this Campaign.

    • If I pump diesel or purchase items in the Kedai Mesra, can I still be eligible to take part in this Campaign?

      Yes, if you pump diesel or purchase items in Kedai Mesra (except selected items like cigarettes & mobile top ups), you can take part in this Campaign. Subject to the spend criteria in item (A)3.

    • If I am chosen as the second prize winner, can I also qualify to be the grand prize winner or be in the running to be the winner for the subsequent weeks?

      No, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the Campaign period.

    • Where can I read the full terms and conditions of the Campaign?

      You can read the full terms and conditions of the Campaign at www.mymesra.com.my website.

    • Can I combine my fuel purchase with Kedai Mesra items in a single receipt?

      No, you cannot combine your fuel and Kedai Mesra purchases in a single receipt.

    • How to register my current Mesra Card?
      To qualify for the prize draw, your Mesra Card must be registered with your real name and IC number. You can register your Mesra Card using the 5 options below:
      1. To register your virtual Mesra Card on Setel, just click “activate” and key in your IC number.
      2. To register your existing physical Mesra Card with Setel, please follow the steps in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYdVYVAbFs4 
      3. Website: https://www.mymesra.com.my/pmlp-register.aspx 
      4. SMS to 36732 following the code given: KAD MESRA <space>  17 digits card number <space> IC number <space> full name

    • What should I do if the system “Offline” and I cannot swipe my Mesra Card?
      You will still qualify for the prize draw if you submit receipt via Setel (within 7 days of transaction date)
      1. Open the Setel app
      2. Click on “Rewards” menu button
      3. Click on “Submit Receipt” button on the top menu
      4. Click on “Attach receipt photo” to upload the receipt.
      5. Click on “Submit” button to complete

      Note: Your Mesra Card must be registered with your NRIC and linked with Setel to qualify for the prize draw.
    • What should I do if the PETRONAS station is no longer issuing physical Mesra Card. Can I still take part in this Campaign if I am at a non-Setel enabled station?
      Customer can download Setel and get a new virtual Mesra Card with Setel, to participate in the Campaign. Customer must ensure the virtual Mesra Card is registered and activated to be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

      If you’re at a Setel enabled station, your entry for the draw will be tracked automatically once you’ve completed payment of your purchase with Setel.

      If you’re at a non-Setel enabled station, please submit your receipt through the Setel app within seven (7) days of transaction date based on Item B(2) to qualify for the Campaign prize draw and subject to the spend criteria highlighted in item (A)3.

      Note:
      • Your Mesra Card must be registered with your NRIC and linked with Setel to qualify for the prize draw.
      • If you swipe your Mesra Card during payment AND submitted your receipt on Setel for the same transaction (duplicate entry), we will only consider your first entry for the prize draw and you will receive a receipt rejection notice on Setel.

    • What should I do if I lost / forget my current Mesra Card. Can I still take part in this Campaign if I am at a non-Setel enabled station?
      Customer can download Setel and get a new virtual Mesra Card with Setel, to participate in the Campaign. Customer must ensure the virtual Mesra Card is registered and activated to be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
