    • Who can participate in the campaign?

      This campaign is open to all customers who fulfill the requirements below:
      1. Registered and active Mesra Rewards member
      2. Customers holding Malaysian citizenship; and
      3. Customers aged eighteen (18) and above.

    • How do I participate in the campaign?
      There are a few ways to participate in the campaign as per the explanation below:

      a) Grand prize

      RM700 cumulative spend within the campaign period at any PETRONAS stations on any of the following products:
      1. PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race;
      2. PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive;
      3. PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel;
      4. PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 with Pro-Drive ("Fuel")
      5. Items from Kedai Mesra (except cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, ePay)
      6. Setel transaction across all Setel features, example:
        1. Café Mesra;
        2. Retail & online payments, e.g.: Scan & pay at counter, Duit Now* QR, Deliver2Me (except for cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, and ePay), PETRONAS Shop.
        3. Motor & Takaful Insurance

      b) Monthly prizes

      YES, customer can still be eligible to participate the contest if they purchase LPG Cooking Gas or Lubricant at PETRONAS station only.

      To qualify, the customer is required to key-in their mobile number upon completing the transaction OR make the payment using the Setel app.

    • Can I still be eligible for the contest when I service my car at PETRONAS AutoExpert service center?

      YES, customers can still be eligible to participate when servicing their cars at PETRONAS AutoExpert if they make the payment using the Setel app ONLY.
    • What is the spend duration for me to be eligible for the grand prizes?

      For the grand prize category, Mesra members need to cumulatively spend RM700 from 15 October 2023 until 15 January 2024.

      It's important to note that each customer is required to enter their mobile number upon completing the transaction or make the payment using the Setel app to qualify for collecting campaign entry(s)
    • What is the spend duration for each month for me to be eligible for the monthly prizes?

      Spend duration is based on prizes as per below table:

      Eligible winners will also receive an official email from PETRONAS to notify them about winning and how to claim the prize from PETRONAS after announcement is made on @PETRONASbrands social media channels and PDB’s website: mymesra.com.my
    • Can PETRONAS staff or participating partners take part in this campaign?

      NO, all PETRONAS Group of companies, its subsidiaries, agency/organization and participating partners who are involved in organizing this campaign will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.
    • Can Smartpay customers take part in this campaign?

      NO, as stated in terms and conditions of this campaign.


    • If I am chosen as a monthly prize winner, can I also qualify to be the grand prize winner?

      NO, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.
