When is the Flash Sale campaign?
The campaign will be running from 29 - 31 January 2025.
Who can participate in the Flash Sale campaign?
The Flash Sale campaign is open to customers who fulfill ALL the requirements below:
Registered and active Mesra Rewards members who either have physical Mesra card and/or virtual Mesra cards on the Setel Mobile Application (“Setel App”); and
Customers holding Malaysian citizenship; and
Customers aged eighteen (18) and above.
How do I register and activate my Mesra Rewards membership?
To join in Flash Sale campaign, you must be registered with your real name and IC number. You can register your Mesra Rewards account using any of the 2 options below:

Option 1: Activate or link via Setel
Download Setel app and activate your Mesra Rewards account. Launch the app, click on ‘More’, select ‘Mesra card’ in the menu, then click 'Activate' and key in your IC number.

Can I exchange the Flash Sale voucher with cash?
No, you cannot exchange voucher with cash.
What happens if my unclaimed Flash Sale voucher has expired?
The expired Flash Sale vouchers cannot be renewed or extended. We would advise you to check the voucher's expiry date and redeem it before it expires.
Can I ask for a refund for the Flash Sale voucher?
Unfortunately, no. The voucher is non-refundable. The customers would need to read the deal descriptions clearly before proceeding with the redemption. Contact our customer service for further clarification via Chat/e-mail at [email protected].
