AirAsia BIG

BIG Xchange is the world’s first airline points exchange platform allowing BIG Members to convert between BIG Points and partner points seamlessly and instantly.

BIG Members are required to register their bank cards or loyalty cards on the AirAsia BIG app under the My BIG Membership section. Upon one-time successful registration, BIG members will be able to convert their credit card or loyalty points to AirAsia BIG Points anytime, anywhere on the AirAsia BIG app thereafter. Members can decide to convert their points in blocks based on the set minimum conversion amount.

How to convert the points?

Step 1: Download AirAsia BIG app here.
Step 2: Open the AirAsia BIG app and tap on the BIG Xchange tile.
Step 3: Tap on the 'Add a new account' button.
Step 4: Select PETRONAS Mesra
Step 5: Key in your account details & verify your account.
Step 6: Start converting your points, easily!
