- Operating hours for PETRONAS Stations all over MalaysiaDue to the COVID-19 pandemic that is still plaguing Malaysia, the Government has decided to announce a National Recovery Plan (NRP) strategy that consists of four phases and will involve planned phase transitions of the MCO in stages. Therefore, our operating hours are also subject to change by the order of the local authorities. For all Phase 3 states will follow below operation time:
Stations Operating Hours
Peninsular Malaysia: 6.00am until 12.00am*
Sabah & Sarawak: 6.00am until 12.00am*
*Stations located along highways will be allowed to operate 24 hours a day
Kedai Mesra/Mini Mesra Operating Hours:
Peninsular Malaysia: 8.00am until 10.00pm
Sarawak: 8.00am until 10.00pm
Note: Operating hours in certain districts in Kelantan & Sarawak are subject to the local authority

Stations SanitisationOur station facilities are frequently sanitised to ensure the safety of our customers.
Use of Hand SanitiserCustomers are encouraged to use hand sanitiser after touching high-touch surfaces such as door handle, money, and fuel nozzle
Adhere to Social DistancingPlease practice social distancing and prescribe to the social distancing markers at the stations.
Controlled Number of Customers at Kedai MesraThe number of customers allowed to enter Kedai Mesra at any one time will be limited.
Use of Face MasksCustomers are advised to wear face masks at all times.
Body Temperature CheckThe station crew will conduct body temperature checks before customers are allowed to enter the Mesra store.
Use Setel app to Minimise Contact and Maximize SafetyCustomers are encouraged to use the Setel app when purchasing fuel at Setel enabled stations nationwide.All operating hours are subject to change depending on instructions by the local authorities.

In the last year of Ramadhan, we're giving back to the frontliners and communities in need through the annual PETRONAS Coffee Break campaign that includes 18 organizations and 14 charitable homes nationwide. This year, we continue our support with a show of appreciation to our frontliners and also the riders.
We distributed complimentary coffee, snacks, and shopping vouchers to the front-liners stationed at quarantine centres, vaccination centres or hospitals. For riders, free PETRONAS Coffee Break pack were given for free at 13 selected stations nationwide.
