- Latest AnnouncementsOperating hours for PETRONAS Stations during Movement Control Order (MCO), Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) from 13 January – 26 January 2021(Last updated: 14 Jan 2021, 6.00 pm)With daily cases remaining at four-digits of late, several states and federal territories will go under the movement control order (MCO) while other states will go under the conditional movement control order (CMCO) and the recovery movement control order (RMCO).
Hence, our operating hours are subject to change by the order of local authorities:
MCO: 6.00am until 8.00pm*
CMCO: 6.00am until 8.00pm*
RMCO: following the permit approved by the ministry (customers are advised to consult respective local authorities for the regulated operating hours for PETRONAS Stations at this area)
*Stations located along highways will be allowed to operate 24 hours a day
For Kedai Mesra & Mini Mesra, customers are allowed to enter the premises for any transactions or purchases.
Note: The hours of operation are subject to the directive and compliance with the conditions of the local authorities

Stations SanitisationOur station facilities are frequently sanitised to ensure the safety of our customers.Use of Hand SanitiserCustomers are encouraged to use hand sanitiser after touching high-touch surfaces such as door handle, money, and fuel nozzleAdhere to Social DistancingPlease practice social distancing and prescribe to the social distancing markers at the stations.Controlled Number of Customers at Mesra StoreThe number of customers allowed to enter Mesra Store at any one time will be limited.Body Temperature CheckThe station crew will conduct body temperature checks before customers are allowed to enter the Mesra store.All operating hours are subject to change depending on instructions by the local authorities.Inbound calls to the PETRONAS Customer Experience Centre (MESRALINK) are temporarily suspended(Last updated: 26 March 2020, 6.00 pm)In accordance with the enforcement of the Movement Control Order imposed by the Malaysian Government, we regret to inform our customers that inbound calls to the PETRONAS Customer Experience Centre (MESRALINK) have been temporarily suspended.

- Thank you, Frontliners!During this MCO period, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB), via its subsidiary, PETRONAS Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (PLMM), extended their support to healthcare frontliners by joining forces with RessQ60Min in providing free PETRONAS Syntium lubricant during an engine oil change at selected hospitals and PETRONAS AutoExpert outlets. This initiative is one of PETRONAS’ CSR efforts to ease the burden of our healthcare frontliners during these difficult times and to show our appreciation for their contributions.
Thank you to all frontliners for their sacrifices in the fight against the Covid-19 outbreaks as well as crews from Ressq60Min and PETRONAS AutoExpert who joined forces to provide them with convenient auto car services, including free PETRONAS Syntium mobile engine oil change from April 20 to 28, 2020.

As a show of appreciation to our front-liners, complimentary coffee, snacks, and shopping vouchers are distributed to the Royal Malaysian Police, 15 hospitals, the Ministry of Health, and the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA).
To our front-liners, we thank you for your sacrifice and effort during these difficult times. - The Sentuhan Kasih programme is part of the Foundation’s Community Well-being and Development focus area, initiated to coincide with major celebrations in Malaysia. It provides an avenue for Yayasan PETRONAS to work with communities to provide for their basic needs and well-being.Yayasan PETRONAS, the CSR arm of PETRONAS, is collaborating with PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) to spread festive cheer amongst some 5,000 deserving families across Malaysia by contributing RM1 million ringgit in kind through this year’s Sentuhan Kasih Festive programme.
