PETRONAS DAGANGAN BERHAD ROLLS OUT BIGGEST CAMPAIGN, MESRA BONANZA

Spend a Minimum of RM30 to Win Fabulous Prizes

Kuala Lumpur, 13 April 2018 – As part of its efforts to reward loyal customers, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) today launched its biggest nationwide campaign by far, Mesra Bonanza, offering over 1600 winners with exciting prizes ranging from cash and Mesra points to holiday packages, gadgets, scooters and many more, just at a minimum spend of RM30.

The campaign, which runs from 16 April until 31 December 2018, will offer 165 monthly prizes and 44 grand prizes every two months. Grand prizes include all-expenses paid overseas trip to catch the upcoming F1 races, RM50,000 cash, holiday packages of choice including destinations such as New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and even an Umrah package, as well as Yamaha scooters and Samsung Smart TV.

Catering to the different lifestyle needs such as the gadget enthusiasts and shopaholics, the campaign will also offer monthly prizes comprising Samsung S9, GoPro Hero6 Black, Lego Speed Champion set, RM500 worth of Lazada and Watsons shopping vouchers, as well as RM1,000 worth of Mesra points.

Speaking about the campaign, PDB’s Head of Retail Business, Aadrin Azly said, “At PDB, we are focused in rewarding our customers’ loyalty with things that matter. In coming up with the prizes, we take into consideration the needs of our customers in this current challenging economic landscape and what would be meaningful to them. Towards this end, we conducted a survey amongst our customers and the prizes being offered are as per what they have asked for.”

“I’m sure Mesra Bonanza will be the most anticipated campaign for our customers as it has been designed based on their feedback and wish list. Furthermore, it is the biggest campaign and easiest to participate, just spend, swipe your Mesra card to stand a chance to win. Ultimately, we want our customers to be rewarded as they spend at our stations.” he added.

To be in the running for the monthly prizes, customers need to spend only a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt for any purchases made on fuels and Kedai Mesra items. For the bi-monthly grand prizes, customers need to accumulate RM500 worth of purchase of any fuels and items at Kedai Mesra within two months.

For the all-expenses paid F1 live viewing overseas, the prize is only exclusive to PETRONAS Primax 97 customers who fuel up RM500 within two months, over and above the other grand prizes.

The Mesra Bonanza campaign is also supported by PDB’s wide-ranging partners including CIMB Bank, Maybank, Watsons, Lazada and Samsung.
