•	Identify potential site(s) to be developed as Mesra Shoppe based on Site Selection Criteria provided.
	•	Fill up information in SA1 Form and attach the photos, location map and commercial terms.
	•	Fill up your personal details in the Operator License Application Form.
	•	Prepare the Business Proposal using the checklist as guideline.
	•	Send the SA 1 Form (with all attachments), Operator License Application Form and the Business Proposal to: Mesra Shoppe Development Section, Mesra Convenience Store Department, Level 32, Tower 1, PETRONAS Twin Towers, 50088 KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.

Note:

1. In expanding our network, you are welcomed to propose any potential sites to be developed as the next Mesra Shoppe.
2. Potential sites can be a normal shop lot or any premises that meet our selection criteria.
3. The viability of the proposed site will be determined through a detail study by PDB.
4. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for the next process of Operator Selection subject to the viability of the proposed site.
