Corporate SmartPay cards are available to fleet owners whose monthly gasoline usage exceeding RM10,000. With SmartPay, you are able to control purchases of products at participating PETRONAS service stations nationwide.

The card allows purchases on variety of products and services at our service stations including petrol, diesel and all items sold at the convenience stores.
Options Available

“A” Type (Individual Card)
  • Suitable for use by designated drivers of vehicles or personalized use.
  • PIN number is given for security reasons.
  • The name of the person appears on the card.
“C” Type (Dual Card)
  • Suitable for pool of drivers, having access to a pool of vehicles.
  • The driver must present two cards - a “Driver Card” and a “Vehicle Card” to complete a transaction.
  • Driver’s name will appear on the “Driver Card” only.
  • PIN number is given for security reasons for the “Driver Card” only.

There is no joining or annual fee.

Convenient & Efficient

SmartPay enables quick, easy & cashless, transactions. For refueling, you simply insert your card into the card reader at pump.

Cost Control

At the end of every month, you will receive a statement which summarizes all purchases made during the month as well as detailed information of purchases by individual cardholders, by vehicle and by department. So, you will be able to keep track of your expenditures.

30 Days Interest Free Credit

You will enjoy normal prices on all transactions and you need to pay for them within 30 days from the date of Statement of Account.

Flexible

The types of products as well as the total amount of purchases for each month can be pre-authorized.

Q: Who can apply for Corporate SmartPay card?
A: Any company, firm or organization which has a monthly gasoline usage exceeding RM10,000 is eligible to apply.

Q: How many Corporate SmartPay cards can be applied?
A: As many as you require to manage your fleet.

Q: How long does it take to process the application?
A: About to weeks from the time of receipt of a completed application form, together with the relevant supporting documents.

Q: Can the purchase limit and products/services be specified for each driver/vehicle?
A: Yes. You can specify the purchase limit per day/per month and the type of products/services permitted for each driver/vehicle.

Q: Can the card be used 24 hours a day?
A: Yes, provided that the participating PETRONAS service stations you drive into is open 24 hours.

Q: What happens when the Corporate SmartPay user changes vehicle?
A: Please advise us in writing. We will issue a new card immediately.

Q: What kind of reports will be given to Smartpay customers?
A: There will be 5 types of reports. Please refer to the table below for the type of reports.

  • Summary of current purchases of each vehicle

  • Shows transactions in detail for each vehicle

  • Shows total product purchases by amount (in RM) and quantity (in litre)
